About This Role

As Account Director for AI & Infrastructure Providers at Inflect, you will report directly to the VP of Partnerships and own the complete lifecycle of assigned partners within our digital infrastructure marketplace. This is a highly visible, strategic hands-on position where you drive partner success and enablement across our AI and infrastructure provider ecosystem. You will ensure top-tier performance on Inflect-routed opportunities while maintaining total marketplace trust and integrity.

This role demands more than relationship management—it requires an operator who understands the technical nuances of colocation, network infrastructure, GPUaaS (GPU-as-a-Service), and bare metal solutions. Working collaboratively with Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Engineering teams, you will transform partner intelligence into actionable outcomes that accelerate deal velocity, enhance platform adoption, and improve opportunity routing efficiency. You are the architect of partner success, ensuring our marketplace remains the gold standard for digital infrastructure procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and strategic expansion
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives that improve Inflect-routed deal velocity and marketplace adoption
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene and SLA compliance across all assigned partner relationships
  • Translate complex technical infrastructure capabilities into transactable marketplace offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical capabilities with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Provide elite-level advisory to both partners and internal stakeholders on AI and cloud ecosystem trends
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and marketplace intelligence to optimize bi-directional routing for sales teams
  • Interface directly with Fortune 500 partner leadership on strategic initiatives and performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Ecosystem Expertise: 5+ years in infrastructure, AI, cloud, hosting, or network sales and operations with proven deep understanding of GPUaaS and colocation services
  • Operational Excellence: Highly analytical mindset with relentless focus on data hygiene, SLA compliance, and performance metrics tracking
  • Strategic Enablement: Demonstrated experience in partner recruitment, comprehensive onboarding programs, and lifecycle management
  • Executive Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills with confidence interfacing with Fortune 500 leadership and C-suite executives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability as a proactive problem-solver who navigates complex team dynamics to drive organizational alignment and results
