About the Role
Nooks is actively recruiting exceptional Account Executives to join the Enterprise Sales team. In this position, you will partner with some of the world's largest and fastest-growing companies to revolutionize how outbound sales operations function. You'll be instrumental in helping sales organizations solve critical revenue generation challenges while playing a key role in enabling other sellers to achieve success.
This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and human sales expertise. While approximately 90% of prospecting tasks can now be automated, the judgment, creativity, and relationship-building that drive pipeline generation remain distinctly human. Nooks is not building AI to replace sellers—we're building an AI-first Sales Engagement Platform featuring intelligent dialing, AI-powered sequencing, AI call coaching, and more to eliminate administrative burden and help sellers focus exclusively on what humans do best.
The Sales team at Nooks is performing exceptionally, driving 4x growth in 2024 and 3.5x in 2025. Key Responsibilities
- Own Pipeline Generation: Drive strategic outbound prospecting activities. We empower customers to enhance their pipeline creation, and we expect our sellers to lead from the front with strategic outbound initiatives.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Close new opportunities and generate revenue growth across a diverse range of industries and market segments.
- Lead Discovery Process: Curiosity is a core competency at Nooks. Conduct thorough discovery to deeply understand customer problems and pain points before recommending solutions.
- Platform Evangelism: Evangelize the Nooks platform while personally managing and closing our largest mid-market deals, expanding into new industries and use cases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure customer success and gather insights for product development.
