What You'll Do

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities using cross-departmental expertise
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment and ensure successful outcomes
  • Engage cross-functionally to bring new product development insights, client engagement strategies, and competitive intelligence to the broader team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets while maintaining quality client relationships
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Resolve client complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes and workflows
  • Drive expansion revenue in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment across Benelux markets

What We're Looking For

You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in expansion and SMB segments. You bring strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Your expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce (SFDC), combined with your understanding of payroll, HR, or compliance solutions, will be invaluable. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and thrive on collaboration across departments to deliver client success.
