The Role

We're building relationships with experienced Account Managers in the EMEA region who are excited about owning customer growth, driving renewals, and building long-term partnerships. As an Account Manager at Customer.io, you'll manage a portfolio of customers, serve as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities to expand value over time. You'll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Billing to ensure customers have a thoughtful, consistent experience throughout their lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-term relationships

  • Own renewals and retention strategy within your book of business

  • Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to execute where appropriate

  • Monitor account health and key performance indicators, proactively identifying risks and opportunities

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and business outcomes

  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Customer Success, Support, Product, and Billing—to resolve questions and drive value

  • Maintain accurate account data and activity within CRM tools

  • Stay informed on Customer.io product updates and industry trends
