This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, payroll, expenses, and taxation
  • Lead month-end close procedures for Canadian and US entities, preparing timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
  • Review journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare detailed plan-to-actual variance analysis
  • Manage financial year-end close procedures for subsidiaries, including annual financial statement preparation and coordination with external tax consultants

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting and industry roles
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • NetSuite experience considered an asset
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
