Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Corporate Admissions team, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical admissions process by conducting comprehensive assessments, identifying medical and clinical needs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Admissions team is instrumental in ensuring each prospective client is thoroughly assessed and matched to the appropriate level of care. This fully remote position demands strong clinical judgment, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, professional interactions with prospective clients and their families
  • Conduct comprehensive phone-based assessments for prospective clients
  • Gather, review, and document detailed clinical and medical information to support admission decisions
  • Collaborate and communicate assessment findings with admissions coordinators, clinicians, nurses, and internal teams
  • Support care coordination by ensuring all required clinical information is obtained prior to client admission
  • Manage administrative duties including auditing and scheduling client admits
  • Identify and escalate medical, psychiatric, or safety concerns to appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in CRM and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all internal policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work 100% remotely with reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment
  • Hands-on experience with EHR and CRM systems
