AI Operations Specialist | Agentic Workflows
💰 $80,000 – $130,000/yr
Job Description
About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. The company automates how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies by authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. Ramp's median customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, this is the place to do it.
About the Role
As an AI Product Operator, you will accelerate Ramp's mission to become the most productive company in the world through AI. You'll be part vibe coder, part data expert, part product manager, and part business ops maven—working across disciplines to co-develop cutting-edge AI-building technology for non-engineers and drive massive change at high velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy dozens of AI-driven automations and copilots across focused non-engineering teams within 6–12 months
- Enable hundreds of Ramp team members with >90% active usage of deployed workflows in daily work
- Map processes and build workflows using tools like Gumloop, n8n, Notion, Cursor, and ChatGPT plugins
- Orchestrate integrations and measure impact via dashboards, QA checks, and iterative optimization
- Seed an AI-native culture by coaching internal AI champions and embedding templates into team norms
- Partner with business teams to understand challenges and deliver rapid, scalable solutions
What You Bring
- 2–5 years experience in product management, product ops, BizOps, strategy, technical program management, or revenue operations
- Deep, demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work in prior teams or projects
- Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools (Notion, n8n, Gumloop, Cursor, Claude Code) and development copilots
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations
- Operational empathy and ability to deliver rapid solutions while understanding business challenges
- High agency, high urgency, and ownership mindset—you own problems end to end
Why Join
At Ramp, everyone is a builder who makes consequential decisions that shape outcomes. You'll work on high-stakes, data-dense problems that directly impact billions in business spend. The company values slope over intercept and what you've built over where you trained. This role offers the opportunity to influence how AI transforms work across an entire organization and cement best practices for AI adoption company-wide.
💰 Compensation not publicly listed. Market estimate for similar roles: from $80K, varying by experience and location.
