  • Maintain professional, timely communication with students, families, and internal team members
  • Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive virtual classroom experience that builds student confidence and exam readiness

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience teaching a College Board–approved AP course (preferably AP English Literature or related English courses) within the past 3 years
  • Deep subject matter expertise in AP English Literature with comprehensive knowledge of exam structure, grading rubrics, and expectations
  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in English, Literature, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Flexible and adaptive teaching style with demonstrated ability to adjust instruction for different course formats and diverse student learning needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong virtual classroom management abilities
  • Availability for evening and/or weekend teaching during the academic school year
  • Prior experience with online instruction and remote student engagement is a significant plus
