What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated translations between Russian and English, assessing quality and accuracy
• Score translations on a 1-to-5 scale based on linguistic accuracy, natural phrasing, and adherence to requested tone or style
• Rewrite and correct translations that require improvements, ensuring optimal quality for AI training datasets
• Read source conversations and translation requests to understand context and intent
• Provide detailed feedback that helps refine machine translation models
• Maintain consistent quality standards across all evaluated content
• Work with flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle and availability

Who We're Looking For

We seek detail-oriented language professionals with native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English. Ideal candidates demonstrate the ability to distinguish between high-quality and substandard translations, possess strong attention to detail, and can follow specific evaluation guidelines consistently.

Required qualifications:

• Native fluency in both Russian and English languages
• Background in translation, linguistics, or related language discipline

Compensation Structure

This is a project-based contractor role where you earn $2.00 per unit completed. Based on task volume and efficiency, you can earn up to $20 per hour. Your income is directly tied to the number of tasks you complete, giving you control over your earning potential.
