Position Overview
In anticipation of a potential award focused on strengthening rural health systems through digital health strategies, MCD Global Health is soliciting applications from individuals interested in joining our team in early 2026. Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Manager - Project Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting financial management and project accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project budgets and financial planning across healthcare and public health initiatives
- Preparing and maintaining accurate project accounting records and documentation
- Monitoring expenditures and ensuring compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies
- Collaborating with project teams to track project costs and financial performance
- Preparing financial reports and reconciliations for project management and stakeholder review
- Supporting cost analysis and budget forecasting activities
- Ensuring financial controls and audit readiness
About You
You are a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong project management capabilities. You bring expertise in project accounting, financial analysis, and budget management. Your organizational skills, combined with your ability to work independently in a remote environment, make you an ideal candidate. Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or grant-funded project accounting is highly valued.
