Project Analyst LATAM

Avery Dennison is seeking a talented Project Analyst LATAM to join our dynamic team in a fully remote position. As a Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects that drive business value across the LATAM region. You will work closely with stakeholders, teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational objectives
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies proactively
• Communicate project status updates and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and regional management
• Analyze project data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains
• Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
• Manage project documentation and maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders
• Track budget expenditures and provide financial analysis and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project analysis, project coordination, or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required for LATAM role)
• Experience working in matrix or fast-paced organizational environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or materials science industries
• Previous experience working with LATAM teams or in Latin American markets
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
