The Role
We're seeking a B2B Social Content Creator laser-focused on LinkedIn. You'll own the full lifecycle of our LinkedIn presence—from mining raw material (customer calls, product releases, internal strategy) to publishing high-performing posts and running LinkedIn Ads that drive real pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce 8-10+ LinkedIn posts per week across multiple company accounts
- Manage a backlog of content ideas sourced from customer interactions, product updates, and strategy discussions
- Research trending topics in data, commerce, and AI to keep Polar's voice current and authoritative
- Create and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns aligned with pipeline goals
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates, lead generation)
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to identify content opportunities
- Build and maintain Polar's thought leadership positioning in the B2B SaaS space
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating B2B social content, preferably on LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, best practices, and advertising platform
- Ability to translate technical/product concepts into compelling narratives for business audiences
- Comfort with metrics-driven content creation—you know what works and why
- Autonomous worker who can manage multiple projects without constant oversight
- Fast learner who can quickly absorb product and industry knowledge
- Experience with content management tools and basic analytics platforms
