About the Role

As a BCBA at ANNA, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach. You'll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years. You'll work within a collaborative clinical team dedicated to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement in autism care delivery.

Key Qualifications

You must hold a current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Strong experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder is essential. You should demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice, excellent communication and supervisory skills, and familiarity with behavioral intervention methodologies. Experience with or openness to learning neurodiversity affirming approaches is highly valued.
