Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives? ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. We're redefining autism care through a neurodiversity-affirming approach and evidence-based practice, specializing in working with autistic children under age 6.
About the Role
As a BCBA at ANNA, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using our neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training therapy staff to ensure clinical excellence
- Collaborating closely with families to support their child's development
- Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and creating data-driven treatment plans
- Monitoring progress through advanced data collection and management tools
- Ensuring the highest standard of care for children ages 18 months to 6 years
- Participating in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
This is a center-based, full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week—no travel required and no weekend shifts.

Requirements

💰 Base salary $85K–$115K USD annually, plus monthly performance bonus. Market estimate for Senior BCBA roles: $85K–$130K depending on experience and credentials.
