Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized therapy plans under the expert guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children develop critical skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Apply Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) techniques—evidence-based, play-based, and child-centered approaches—in all client interactions.
  • Collect and track client progress data systematically while maintaining transparent communication with clinical supervisors and team members.
  • Ensure the therapy center remains clean, organized, and safe, supporting a secure environment for all clients.
  • Create a fun, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment tailored to young children on the autism spectrum.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers about client progress, milestones, and daily activities, fostering strong family partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Availability for full-time work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs).
  • Genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop expertise in autism therapy and behavioral intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and families.
  • Patience, empathy, and demonstrated passion for supporting children with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and work with data-driven clinical approaches.
  • Willingness to pursue professional certifications in behavior analysis and autism therapy.

💰 Starting hourly rate: $24–$26/hour. Annual estimate: $49,920–$54,080 based on 40-hour weeks. Compensation varies by experience, qualifications, and hours scheduled.
