About The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in Beyond Finance's financial hardship programs. You'll be the voice of Beyond Finance, providing the critical connection between our Sales and Operations teams. In this remote position, you'll complete a comprehensive 4-week training program to become an expert in our financial hardship programs and deliver superior customer service that maintains our exemplary brand reputation.
Our Customer Service Representatives possess a strong work ethic, upbeat attitude, and genuine passion for customer service. By responding promptly to client requests and anticipating needs, you'll help our Client Success Department remain critical to our mission.
What You'll Do
- Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone by responding to client requests, anticipating needs, and educating clients on our programs
- Analyze client problems through effective listening and provide timely, efficient information and solutions
- Handle difficult calls courteously and professionally, employing strong interpersonal skills
- Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Serve bilingual clients with fluency in English and Spanish
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a customer-centric culture that prioritizes client success
Work Schedule
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-10:00pm CST | Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-9:00pm CST
This is a remote position with a 7-day-per-week call center operation. You must be available to work within the specified hours.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls professionally
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
- Empathy and patience when working with clients in financial distress
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends
