Role Overview

We are a young, passionate, and fast-growing team with members all over the world delivering 24/7/365 industry-leading support experience. The Customer Support Specialist role assists our users during the European time zone via multiple channels, including our CRM (Zendesk), the BitMEX platform, and other communication channels.

This position offers a high level of independence while fostering interdependence with team members. We are all responsible for upholding the high standards we have set and raising them even higher into the future. You will be part of a supportive team that enjoys working together and helping each other to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to BitMEX users across European time zones
  • Handle inquiries through multiple channels including Zendesk CRM and platform messaging
  • Respond to customer questions regarding cryptocurrency derivatives trading, platform features, and account management
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through platform functionality
  • Maintain detailed records and follow up on customer issues
  • Uphold BitMEX's high standards of service quality and responsiveness

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong English communication abilities
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or financial trading platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Available to work during European time zone hours
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
