About This Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Brainbox Automations on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position ideal for professionals who are passionate about streamlining marketing processes, optimizing customer relationships, and driving business growth through intelligent automation solutions.

As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation workflows that enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates. You'll work closely with marketing teams, sales departments, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing automation campaigns using industry-leading platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools
• Manage and optimize CRM databases, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations
• Develop automated workflows, email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns to improve customer journey and retention
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations
• Train team members on CRM and marketing automation best practices
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Expertise in marketing automation tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and lead scoring
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
• Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic coding is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Academy, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with marketing analytics and business intelligence tools
• Background in digital marketing or marketing operations
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs)
