Business Analyst with French Language Skills

Inetum2 is seeking a talented Business Analyst with French language proficiency to join our growing remote team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications that drive successful project delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business requirements analysis and documentation for various projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to understand business needs and objectives
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows
• Participate in meetings with French-speaking clients and stakeholders, providing translation and communication support
• Perform data analysis and quality assurance testing to validate system implementations
• Support project management activities and contribute to project planning and execution
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and project deliverables
• Assist in training and supporting end-users on new systems and processes
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions

Required Qualifications

• Fluent French language skills (written and verbal) – essential for client communication
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with business analysis software and tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms)
• Ability to gather, organize, and interpret complex business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software development or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
• Business analysis certification (CCBA or CBAP)
• Experience with database management or SQL
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and analytics platforms
• Previous experience working with international or multicultural teams
