How This Role Makes a Difference

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Legal team and play a critical role in supporting Care Access's mission. In this position, you will oversee and manage the development, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts in support of Care Access's research services, clinical operations, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts with research partners, healthcare providers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in healthcare and clinical research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Operations, Clinical, and Finance to understand business needs and incorporate them into contract terms
• Maintain a centralized contract management system and ensure proper documentation, version control, and archiving
• Identify risks and opportunities in contract terms and provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Support the Legal team on compliance matters related to contracts and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or related field
• Strong knowledge of contract law, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with contract management software and legal documentation tools
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
