About This Role
Cielo2 is seeking a talented Recruiter with Dutch and Swedish language proficiency to join our growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for a multilingual recruitment professional to make a meaningful impact in a global organization while working from anywhere in the world.
As a Recruiter at Cielo2, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent across multiple markets. Your language skills in Dutch and Swedish will be instrumental in sourcing candidates from Northern Europe and Scandinavia, enabling you to build stronger relationships with passive candidates and understand regional recruitment nuances that monolingual recruiters cannot access.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions across various departments and seniority levels
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates, leveraging your Dutch and Swedish language abilities to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and candidate expectations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct skills assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure candidate alignment with role requirements
- Maintain detailed candidate records and provide regular recruitment metrics and reporting to leadership
- Participate in recruitment strategy discussions and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Network within Dutch and Swedish professional communities to strengthen talent acquisition channels
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch language skills – essential for communicating with candidates and understanding regional talent markets
- Fluent Swedish language skills – critical for sourcing and engaging Scandinavian talent
- Professional English proficiency – required for internal communication and global collaboration
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably 2+ years
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices in talent sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A customer-service oriented mindset and commitment to candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for tech, engineering, or specialized professional roles
- Knowledge of Dutch and Swedish labor markets and hiring practices
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking tools
- Experience with video interviewing platforms and remote recruitment workflows
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities beyond Dutch and Swedish
- Certification in recruitment or talent management (optional but valued)
