The Role
Position: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Fully Remote (APAC)
Start Date: May 4th, 2026
The Worker Operations team at Clipboard owns every part of the worker journey, keeping the marketplace reliable, high-performing, and built on trust. In this entry-level role, you'll start on the front lines while operating with urgency, ownership, and a future leader's mindset. You'll solve hard problems, build deep operational knowledge, and develop into a team leader. Clipboard promotes internally—many current leaders started in this position.
Important: This is a 24/7 operation. Each shift consists of 5 days within a 7-day cycle (Sunday to Saturday), with both Saturday AND Sunday availability required to support peak times. Shifts are assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer support experience via chat or voice
- 2+ years using CRMs such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- 2+ years using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) in a professional setting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals or marketplace platforms is a plus
