The Role

Join our Worker Operations team as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of supporting our community of 60,000+ healthcare professionals. This is an entry-level position designed for ambitious professionals ready to operate with urgency, ownership, and the mindset of a future leader. Many of our current leaders started in similar roles—we promote internally and invest in your growth from day one.

You will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat and voice to healthcare professionals on our platform
  • Manage customer interactions using industry-standard CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Solve complex operational problems while maintaining platform reliability and trust
  • Work across cross-functional teams to enhance the worker journey
  • Take initiative in fast-paced environments without waiting for direction
  • Build deep operational knowledge to eventually lead teams

Essential Requirements

  • Language: Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • Customer Support Experience: 2+ years in customer support via chat or voice
  • CRM Proficiency: 2+ years using Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Productivity Tools: 2+ years using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) in professional settings
  • Work Style: Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Initiative: Takes ownership and drives action independently

Important Details

Location & Schedule: Remote role open to candidates in Africa, South America, and The Caribbean. We operate 24/7. Each shift consists of 5 days within a 7-day cycle (Sunday–Saturday). Both Saturday AND Sunday availability is required to support peak times; shifts are assigned based on business needs.
