About This Role
We're seeking a Content Producer who is equal parts trend-spotter, content creator, and creative problem solver. You're the person who spots emerging opportunities and brings them to life. This role sits at the core of our content engine, working closely with the Senior Social Content Manager to ideate, create, and evolve content that performs.
This isn't about chasing every trend—it's about knowing which ones matter and making them feel authentic to our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Development
- Develop social-first content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Bring forward trend-inspired concepts and original ideas that feel fresh, not forced
- Partner with the Senior Social Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and Community Manager to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Build and evolve content series, formats, and creative approaches over time
- Shape the brand's voice and presence on social through strategic content decisions and creative instincts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, creative, strategy, influencer) to bring ideas to life
Trends & Cultural Relevance
- Stay deeply tapped into social platforms: trends, sounds, formats, creators, and platform shifts
- Identify emerging trends early and translate them into brand-relevant, timely content
- Monitor competitor activity and benchmark against industry best practices
- Provide insights on what's working in the creator economy and social landscape
Content Execution
- Support the production and creation of social content assets
- Ensure content maintains quality and aligns with brand guidelines
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning

- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on cultural trends
- Strong creative sensibility with an eye for content that resonates
- Experience developing content strategies or working on social media teams
