The Role
We are seeking a Credit & Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our Risk Operations team, reporting to the Director of Credit Risk. This is a critical position for a rapidly growing fintech organization managing complex credit exposures and enterprise risk across global operations. You will be responsible for underwriting new deals, monitoring portfolio-level credit risk, and developing frameworks that protect Remote's financial health while enabling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures, providing recommendations to the Head of Credit
- Monitor Remote's credit risk at portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce credit exposure and losses
- Support development of comprehensive risk management framework, maintain risk registry, understand group risks, quantify exposure, and propose preventative actions
- Develop key policies including Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions and improve operational efficiency
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in credit risk, corporate finance, audit, or business operations with proven performance track record
- Strong expertise with financial statements analysis (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
- Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to use data to drive successful actions and measurable results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities aligned with modern risk management practices
- Fluent English proficiency in written and spoken communication
