Cribl is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager for the Ohio Valley Region to drive our partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy and accelerate revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. In this position, you'll leverage your expertise in deal strategy, relationship management, and business development to expand Cribl's partner ecosystem. You'll think strategically about business and technical challenges, build compelling value propositions, and work cross-functionally to drive consensus and accelerate partnership growth across the Ohio Valley region.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation by building and managing strategic partnerships with Resellers, System Integrators (SIs), MSSPs, Technology Alliances, and Cloud Partners in the Ohio Valley Region
- Generate and nurture sales pipeline at the field level, identifying qualified partner opportunities and converting them into revenue
- Exceed channel sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and partner enablement
- Develop world-class relationships with assigned partner base, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to unlock incremental business opportunities
- Collaborate with Cribl's executive, technology alliances, marketing, and sales teams to identify key partners, develop partnership strategies, and structure mutually beneficial relationships
- Serve as the partner advocate within Cribl, championing partner opportunities and embedding partner-focused DNA across the organization
- Navigate occasional duties outside standard working hours across multiple time zones in our remote-first environment
What You Bring to the Table
- 5–10 years of high-tech business development or alliances experience at high-growth companies
- Proven track record of exceeding channel sales quotas and driving revenue through partnerships
- Deep channel relationships in the Ohio Valley Region with demonstrated success in Reseller, SI, and MSSP partnerships
- Successful implementation of channel/field alliances strategies that drove significantly increased sales
- Strong execution mindset, intrinsic motivation, and entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market segments preferred
