The Role

We're seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in the Southwestern United States. This is a remote position, and we're looking for candidates who live local to the territory. You'll be responsible for executing proven sales processes, clearly articulating our value proposition, and building strong customer relationships that put clients first.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to overachieve sales goals
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing
  • Focus on net-new logo acquisition via strategic outbound activity
  • Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process
  • Articulate our value proposition at all organizational levels, from engineers to C-suite executives
  • Forecast predictably and consistently hit sales targets
  • Strategize with channel partners to drive new business opportunities
  • Perform occasional duties outside standard working hours across multiple time zones

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a proven track record of achieving targets in lead-generation roles
  • Demonstrated experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts
  • Successful annual overachievement history
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Background selling SaaS products to Security and IT personas
  • Experience selling through security channel partners
  • Success building territories from scratch
  • Proficiency with MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Strong accountability and ownership mentality
  • Resourcefulness in securing resources and managing constraints creatively
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-focus skills
  • Ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships
