We're seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Commercial Sales Representative who will clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on proven sales processes. We're looking for a rep who will do exactly that, driving net-new logo acquisition while building meaningful customer relationships across the UK territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals throughout your UK territory
- Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation through deal closure
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via strategic outbound activity
- Help customers understand Cribl's value proposition during the sales process
- Articulate our solutions to key stakeholders—from engineers to C-level executives
- Forecast predictably and consistently hit sales targets
- Strategize with channel partners to drive net-new business opportunities
- Collaborate across time zones in our remote-first environment, occasionally performing duties outside standard working hours
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets in lead-generation roles
- Demonstrated success developing pipeline and opening new accounts
- Annual overachievement track record and experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Experience selling SaaS products to Security and IT personas
- Background selling through security channel partners
- Success building territories from scratch
- Proficiency with MEDDIC sales methodology
- Strong accountability and ownership mentality—holding yourself and others accountable to commitments
- Resourcefulness in securing resources and managing scarcity creatively
- Problem-solving abilities focused on identifying and resolving critical business challenges
- Customer-centric approach with ability to build strong, lasting relationships
