The Role

This is not a traditional creative position. We're seeking a performance-driven Creative Strategist who combines storytelling, data analytics, and experimentation to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll own creative strategy across campaigns from concept through performance optimization, playing a key role in scaling our creative production and optimization processes. You'll leverage AI as a strategic tool to move faster, test more frequently, and improve output quality—but above all, you're a strong creative thinker grounded in performance marketing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Creative Direction

  • Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts grounded in audience insights and performance objectives
  • Write clear, testable creative briefs that drive measurable results across campaigns
  • Lead creative direction across key channels including paid social, landing pages, and email marketing
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative direction and iterate based on real-time results

Performance Optimization & Experimentation

  • Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to inform strategic creative decisions
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to continuously improve campaign outcomes
  • Connect top-of-funnel creative performance to deeper funnel metrics including conversion rates and revenue
  • Identify patterns in performance data and translate findings into scalable, repeatable creative insights

AI-Enabled Creative Workflows

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, testing, and production timelines
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows to increase creative output velocity and quality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline creative processes using automation and emerging tools
  • Contribute to building repeatable, team-wide workflows that scale creative capability

Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and audience dynamics
  • Present creative strategies and performance insights with clarity and confidence
  • Gather feedback and adapt approaches to align with evolving business goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience developing creative strategies in performance marketing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics and translate data into creative action
  • Experience managing creative across paid social, landing pages, email, or similar channels
  • Comfort with experimentation, testing methodologies, and iterative improvement
  • Curiosity about AI tools and enthusiasm for exploring new creative technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with performance accountability
