The Role: Senior Engineering Manager
As Senior Engineering Manager at DealMaker, you will lead a growing team of software engineers to deliver innovative functionality and improve the development environment across the entire software development organization. This is a strategic leadership position where you'll combine technical depth with strong ownership and team enablement to drive high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead MarTech/AdTech Development Team: You will lead a talented group of engineers focused on improving DealMaker's marketing and advertising technology platform. Your team will help clients attract investors through diverse channels. You'll foster a collaborative, high-performing culture while mentoring engineers to grow their skills and deliver impactful results.
Shape Platform Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for DealMaker's marketing and advertising platform. Your strategic influence will guide product direction and technical decisions.
Drive Development of High-Impact Solutions: Work alongside your team designing, building, and scaling systems and processes. Leverage AI and modern technologies to accelerate business goals and deliver customer value faster. Demonstrate technical expertise while enabling your team's success.
Establish Technical Excellence Culture: Set a high bar for code quality, system design, and operational readiness. Encourage continuous improvement, foster accountability, and create processes that help teams thrive. Balance quality with velocity, ensuring sustainable delivery practices.
Optimize Developer Experience: Apply systems-thinking to understand how architecture, tooling, and workflows shape the broader developer experience. Look beyond immediate tasks to create environments where engineers move faster and smarter.

- Track record of delivering high-impact products and infrastructure improvements
