About the Role
Docplanner is seeking a strategic and results-driven Market Launch Manager to lead the successful introduction and scaling of Terapia across new markets. This is a pivotal leadership position within a fast-growing healthcare technology company, offering the opportunity to shape market strategy, drive adoption, and establish Terapia as a leading telehealth solution globally.
As Market Launch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing all aspects of product launches from planning through post-launch optimization. You'll work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless market entry and accelerated growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new geographic regions and customer segments
- Lead cross-functional launch teams and coordinate efforts across product, marketing, sales, and operations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform launch positioning
- Create detailed launch timelines, budgets, and success metrics; track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and opinion leaders in target markets
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer acquisition initiatives during launch phases
- Monitor market performance post-launch and implement optimization strategies for sustained growth
- Prepare launch reports and present findings to senior leadership and board members
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure launch success
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in market launch, product management, business development, or related strategy roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or services in new markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors preferred
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
