Douro Labs is a core contributor to the Pyth Network, the real-time financial data infrastructure powering DeFi across 50+ blockchains. What We're Looking For

• Deep Web3 Conviction: You have spent real time building, researching, contributing, or breaking things open to understand how they work. You follow protocol debates, have opinions worth defending, and care about where decentralized finance is actually going.
• Data Infrastructure Understanding: You recognize why data infrastructure is foundational to DeFi. Oracles are the trust layer in the DeFi stack. That framing excites you.
• Proven Track Record: Shipped products, open-source contributions, published research, or communities built from scratch. You execute on ideas, not just think about them.
• High Agency: You do not wait to be told what is broken. You see the problem, move on it, and bring others along. In a fast-moving ecosystem, this instinct is more valuable than any credential.
• Global Mindset: You are comfortable operating across timezones. We are a remote-first team with roots in Porto, with collaborators, integrators, and stakeholders spread across every major timezone.
