Where You'll Make an Impact

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll join our high-performing EMEA sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, EMEA. You'll take full ownership of your territory and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the Crypto and Financial Services landscape. Your mission: transform how leading enterprises combat crypto crime with Elliptic's industry-leading compliance and investigation solutions.

You're not just selling—you're partnering with enterprises to solve critical compliance challenges. You'll gain deep product expertise and apply your understanding of evolving global and regional regulations to build compelling business cases that directly address customer pain points. This role offers the rare combination of fascinating, challenging work in a market-leading position where you can genuinely impact both your organisation and the broader industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the complete enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure across a high-potential territory with significant inbound interest
  • Identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts including pre-defined targets and new prospects
  • Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies engaging diverse stakeholders (compliance, legal, risk, procurement, technology, C-suite)
  • Handle 5-, 6-, and 7-figure deal cycles with skill, creativity, and precision using persuasion, influence, and insight-based selling techniques
  • Drive account expansion through strategic up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing customer value
  • Partner with global peers on multi-region and strategic global accounts with long-term growth potential
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, customer success teams, marketing, and partner channels to expand reach and velocity
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts and translate emerging challenges into opportunities for Elliptic's solution suite
  • Embody the Elliptic brand values of curiosity, trust, and action in every customer interaction

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong understanding of financial services, compliance technology, or regulatory landscapes
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills across C-level and technical audiences
  • Self-driven with ability to take ownership, manage territories independently, and exceed targets
  • Strategic account management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors (preferred but not required)
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
