The Role

As a Product Manager at Emergence, you will own end-to-end product development across portfolio companies, turning customer problems into scalable B2B SaaS solutions. This is a strategic role where you'll drive product vision, execution, and iteration in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to validate hypotheses before development cycles begin, ensuring all product decisions are grounded in customer evidence
• Define product roadmaps and specifications that engineering and design teams execute with minimal rework, creating clear alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and unblock progress, serving as the central coordination hub for product initiatives
• Run rapid prototyping and testing cycles to validate product directions within 1-2 week sprints, accelerating time-to-insight and reducing development risk
• Monitor adoption and engagement metrics post-launch, taking corrective action when results fall short and iterating based on real user behavior data
• Build product documentation including user flows, specifications, and wireframes that reduce team ambiguity and accelerate execution velocity
• Translate customer feedback into prioritized requirements using structured methodologies and data-driven frameworks

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven ability to conduct user interviews and systematically translate feedback into prioritized product requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing full product builds in B2B SaaS from discovery through post-launch iteration and optimization
• Proficiency with UX/UI principles; ability to critique wireframes and flows with specific, constructive feedback
• Strong project management discipline to break down complex problems, identify blockers early, and maintain timeline accountability
• Problem-solving approach grounded in customer evidence and data rather than intuition alone
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and user testing methodologies (Figma, UserTesting, or similar platforms)
• Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations in B2B product workflows and SaaS architecture
• Experience with data analytics and SQL for user behavior analysis, funnel optimization, and metric-driven decision making
