The Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own some of the most valuable restaurant partnerships at Sharebite. In this strategic position, you'll collaborate closely with restaurant partners to help them grow their business while delivering exceptional experiences to Sharebite users. This is a post-sale operations role focused on ensuring restaurant partners achieve success on the platform through data-driven consultation and scalable support. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of restaurants, requiring a unique blend of relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving. This role thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll be part of an "all hands on deck" culture, passionate about driving success for restaurant partners.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Operational Improvement: Work with partners to ensure optimal experience delivery to Sharebite users through process optimization and efficiency gains
  • Develop Growth Plans: Create strategic plans in conjunction with partners to expand their business through new location additions or same-location sales growth
  • Leverage Analytics: Use analytical capabilities combined with operational rigor to build tools and processes that drive forward partnership KPIs and performance metrics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to solve problems, ensure partner feedback is integrated into product improvements, and enhance overall operations
  • Maintain High-Touch Communication: Proactively manage communication channels with partners via email, phone, and in-person meetings to build lasting relationships
  • Execute Comprehensive Onboarding: Conduct multi-session onboarding and training programs to ensure partners are fully equipped to maximize platform usage
  • Communicate ROI: Clearly articulate the value proposition of Sharebite to demonstrate ongoing return on investment to high-value restaurant partners
  • Execute Account Strategies: Implement account-level strategies and plans specifically designed to maximize account growth and partnership expansion
  • Manage Multi-Location Contracts: Lead contract discussions, negotiations, modifications, and execution for multi-location restaurant partners

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in account management, client service, or related client-facing roles
  • Personable & Professional: Articulate, straightforward, and engaging communication style with a genuine service mindset and passion for solving customer problems
  • Strategic Perspective: Ability to manage both big-picture strategy and granular details, identifying opportunities to add value to existing partnerships while maintaining attention to customer priorities
  • Exceptional Communication: You are the voice of Sharebite to restaurant partners, communicating effectively across all channels and stakeholder levels
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, metrics, and KPIs to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Thrive in solving complex operational challenges and proactively identify solutions that benefit both Sharebite and restaurant partners
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with changing priorities and the ability to wear multiple hats
