You'll work directly on real SaaS products serving real customers, handling genuine product issues and technical challenges. This hybrid QA and support role gives you exposure across multiple critical functions: product support, QA testing, troubleshooting, release validation, customer communication, AI-assisted workflows, and technical operations. You'll collaborate closely with founders, operators, developers, and product teams to ensure product quality and customer success.

What We Require

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development or engineering experience – demonstrated through real work: writing code, building systems, maintaining software, debugging applications, or shipping products. This includes work at established companies, startups, freelance projects, or any professional context where software development was core to your role.
• No degree required – we hire based on demonstrated technical experience, not credentials
• No prior QA title required – what matters is your technical foundation and ability to grow into this role

Location & Work Style
