About the Role
As an Executive Search Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier executive talent for our clients and internal organizational needs. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment expertise, requiring you to build and maintain relationships with high-level professionals across industries and geographies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive executive searches and talent acquisitions for C-suite and senior management positions
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies tailored to specific client needs and organizational objectives
- Building and leveraging networks within executive circles to identify passive and active candidates
- Conducting detailed candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to match talent with organizational culture and requirements
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role specifications and success criteria
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from initial outreach through final placement
- Maintaining detailed candidate pipelines and CRM systems to track prospects and opportunities
- Providing market insights and competitive intelligence on executive compensation, talent trends, and industry benchmarks
- Building long-term relationships with executives, hiring managers, and industry influencers
- Meeting or exceeding placement targets and recruitment KPIs
Key Requirements
To succeed in this Executive Search Partner role, you should possess:
- Proven executive recruitment experience: Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, or talent acquisition at the senior level
- Exceptional networking abilities: Strong capacity to build and maintain professional networks with executives and decision-makers
