About the Role
As a Global Creative Producer, you will lead creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land's international rollouts. This position requires a strong foundation in both creative vision and technical execution, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international production environments while balancing artistic ambition with operational realities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) for scenic and technical concepts globally, managing design, fabrication, and production partners across multiple markets
- Conduct comprehensive venue analysis and adaptation studies, evaluating creative fit, technical feasibility, and budget alignment for each location
- Develop and maintain scenic and technical budgets, ensuring creative goals are achieved within financial constraints
- Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or comparable design software
- Oversee installation execution, quality assurance, and troubleshooting during global rollouts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, technical specialists, and venue partners
- Manage timelines and deliverables for international production schedules
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in experiential design, theatrical production, exhibition design, or similar creative production environments. You should demonstrate proficiency in technical documentation and design software, strong project management capabilities, and experience managing budgets and vendor relationships. Experience with international productions or global rollouts is highly valued. Above all, we seek bar-raisers with entrepreneurial mindsets eager to shape the future of live entertainment.
