Dopamine Land is a multisensory, interactive museum combining media, technology, and immersive play. Designed for audiences of all ages—from family-friendly daytime experiences to adult-oriented evening sessions—Dopamine Land invites visitors to embrace their inner child while exploring vibrant, colorful installations. This innovative experience is expanding globally and requires strategic creative production leadership.

The Role

As Global Creative Producer, you will lead creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land's international rollouts. This position suits experienced professionals with strong creative and technical foundations who excel in fast-paced, cross-border production environments.

  • Conduct comprehensive venue analysis and adaptation studies, evaluating creative fit, technical feasibility, and budget alignment for each location
  • Develop and maintain detailed scenic and technical budgets, ensuring creative objectives are delivered within financial constraints
  • Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software platforms
  • Coordinate with international production partners, vendors, and creative teams to deliver installations on schedule and on budget
  • Maintain quality standards across all global installations while adapting designs to local venue requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine creative concepts and resolve technical challenges in real-time

Strong proficiency with CAD and design software is essential. You're comfortable leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and navigating complex international logistics. Your communication skills—both creative and technical—enable you to bridge artistic vision with operational reality. A passion for live entertainment and immersive experiences is highly valued.
