The Role
As a Global Creative Producer, you will lead the creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land's worldwide rollouts. This position requires someone with a strong creative and technical foundation who thrives in fast-paced, international production environments. You'll ensure each installation achieves its creative potential while balancing operational realities and managing complex global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) for scenic and technical concepts across global locations, managing design, fabrication, and production partners
- Conduct comprehensive venue analysis and adaptation studies, evaluating creative fit, technical feasibility, and budget alignment
- Develop and maintain scenic and technical budgets, ensuring creative goals are achieved within financial constraints
- Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or comparable software
- Oversee production quality, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with creative and operational teams
- Travel internationally to oversee installations and support global production deployments
- Partner with external vendors, contractors, and creative consultants to deliver world-class experiences
What We're Looking For
You bring a unique blend of creative vision and technical production expertise. You have proven experience in scenic design, experiential production, or exhibition development, with strong knowledge of CAD and design software. Your project management skills are exceptional—you can juggle multiple global installations simultaneously, manage budgets effectively, and maintain quality standards across diverse venues and teams. You're fluent in English and comfortable working in international environments, with the flexibility to travel regularly.
Ideal candidates will have: Experience in themed attractions, museum exhibitions, live events, or experiential marketing; expertise in production budgeting and vendor management; familiarity with fabrication processes and technical installations; and a portfolio demonstrating creative concept-to-execution projects.
