About the Role
As a Global Creative Producer, you will lead the creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land's global rollouts. Dopamine Land is a multisensory experience combining media, technology, and play—an interactive museum designed for all ages to explore colorful installations and embrace their inner child. In this role, you'll ensure each installation achieves its creative potential while balancing operational realities and working in fast-paced, international production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) for scenic and technical concepts globally, managing design, fabrication, and production partners
- Conduct venue analysis and adaptation studies, evaluating creative fit, technical feasibility, and budget alignment
- Develop and maintain scenic and technical budgets, ensuring creative goals are achieved within constraints
- Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or comparable software
- Collaborate with international teams on production timelines, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee production workflows from concept through installation
- Ensure compliance with venue requirements, safety regulations, and technical specifications across markets
What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative and technical foundation who thrives in fast-paced, international environments. You should have proven experience in theatrical production, experiential design, or similar creative production roles. Proficiency with design software (CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent) is essential. Strong project management skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to balance creative vision with operational constraints are critical. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across global teams are required.
We seek bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to shape the future of entertainment and willing to adapt to evolving project demands.
