The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Head of Revenue to own Flux's revenue growth strategy end-to-end through a pure product-led growth (PLG) model. This is a senior leadership position for someone with operational rigor, strong product intuition, and clear accountability for revenue outcomes. You'll act as a credible strategic partner to the executive team and board, driving how Flux grows, monetizes, and retains customers through self-serve acquisition, activation, and expansion. Note: There is no traditional sales or enterprise motion associated with this role.

What You'll Own

  • Full ownership of Flux's PLG revenue strategy from acquisition through retention and expansion
  • Accountability for ARR growth, conversion rates, retention metrics, and expansion revenue
  • Close partnership with Product to improve activation, time-to-value, and long-term customer success
  • Definition and evolution of pricing, packaging, and self-serve upgrade paths
  • Leadership and management of Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Establishment of clear revenue targets, forecasting methodology, and operating cadence
  • Data-driven experimentation to prioritize and validate growth and monetization opportunities
  • Translation of customer behavior and insights into go-to-market and product strategy
  • Executive ownership of revenue metrics in leadership and board-level discussions

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in growth, commercial, or GM roles at high-growth product-led companies
  • Proven track record owning revenue growth in a PLG or self-serve SaaS business with measurable results
  • Strong product intuition with demonstrated experience working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Comfort owning revenue targets, forecasts, and strategic tradeoffs with operational support
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary go-to-market teams (growth, marketing, customer success)
  • Clear communicator with strong executive presence and ability to influence across functions
  • Ability to operate with focus and discipline in a product-constrained growth environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developer tools, design tools, or technical/engineering-focused audiences
  • Background in hardware, electronics, or deeply technical product categories
  • Track record scaling PLG companies from early product-market fit through significant scale
