Garden3d is hiring contract-based senior and director-level product designers with proven experience leading complex product design projects. What You'll Do

As a senior product designer, you'll lead sophisticated design initiatives across multiple domains including product strategy, user flows, digital products, and hardware-focused projects. You'll contribute to an organization that values open-source principles and collaborative innovation.

Key Requirements

• Senior or director-level design experience with a track record of complex product delivery
• Expertise in product design and design systems
• Experience with IoT or hardware design is valuable
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
• Ability to work independently in a contract capacity
• Alignment with open-source and collaborative work values
