Position Overview

We are seeking an English-fluent Part-Time Retoucher based in Latin America to work remotely with our global client network. This role is ideal for experienced retouching professionals looking for flexible, project-based work on high-end commercial campaigns. You'll work alongside talented photographers, art directors, and CGI artists to deliver exceptional visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-end retouching for advertising, editorial, and commercial campaigns across multiple industries
• Perform advanced color correction, compositing, image clean-up, and finishing techniques
• Retouch beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and product imagery with strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Integrate CGI elements seamlessly with photography when required for composite work
• Follow creative direction while maintaining consistency with established visual standards and brand guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with photographers, art directors, producers, and CGI artists across distributed teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files according to client specifications and technical requirements
• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow best practices for efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience in commercial studio or agency environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with advanced techniques and customization knowledge
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting principles, and photographic techniques
• Advanced compositing and masking skills with ability to create seamless integrations
• Proven experience with high-end beauty and skin retouching across diverse skin tones and lighting conditions
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain pixel-perfect consistency across asset families
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to take constructive direction and provide creative problem-solving solutions
• Fluent English communication skills for clear collaboration with international teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale campaigns and high-volume production workflows
• Knowledge of Capture One or similar raw processing and color-grading software
• Understanding of print and digital production requirements, file formats, and export specifications
• Basic knowledge of 3D and CGI tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with collaborative project management tools and remote workflow practices
