  • Policy & Framework Leadership: Lead policy development by identifying regulatory requirements, coordinating cross-stakeholder reviews, and maintaining governance structures
  • Regulatory Advisory: Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory expectations and internal compliance requirements during process, system, or product development
  • Compliance Training: Design and deliver compliance training programs to promote awareness, accountability, and understanding of regulatory obligations
  • Risk Management: Facilitate risk assessments, monitor remediation plans, and evaluate control design and effectiveness
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare well-structured reports and presentations for senior leadership on compliance risks, trends, gaps, and remediation efforts
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor and synthesize regulatory landscape changes, translating them into actionable program updates
  • Audit & Inquiry Management: Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and internal reviews by coordinating with business owners and compiling documentation
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote a strong compliance culture
  • Team Development: Provide mentorship and support to peers, sharing knowledge and contributing to team growth

  • Proven experience conducting regulatory gap analyses and developing remediation strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with compliance metrics, KPIs, and risk-based monitoring approaches
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech, payments, or fundraising platforms is a plus
