As an independent, remote-first media and marketing services firm with over 90 years of history, we combine the security of an established company with the agility of a startup. Our data-driven, technology-enabled teams span the U.S. and UK, bringing together digital strategists, media practitioners, technologists, and data scientists. We've earned prestigious recognition including Ad Age Best Places to Work (multiyear winner), Ad Exchanger's Best Use of Technology by an Agency Award, MarTech Breakthrough Awards, and certification as a service partner to The Trade Desk.
The Role: Client Manager
The Client Manager is the operational anchor for our client partnerships, responsible for day-to-day account management, delivery integrity, and working-level client relationships. You'll translate strategy into action, execute plans with precision, and ensure internal and external teams operate with clarity and confidence.
Positioned between the Client Strategy Director and Client Coordinator, you own timelines, workflows, dependencies, and communication cadences. While you won't set channel strategy or media plans, you play a critical role in pressure-testing feasibility, surfacing risks, and ensuring delivery meets agreed SLAs and client expectations. Clients rely on you to make the work run smoothly and to proactively address issues before escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and account operations across assigned portfolios
- Own project timelines, workflows, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Establish and maintain communication cadences with clients and internal stakeholders
- Pressure-test campaign feasibility and surface potential risks early
- Monitor SLA compliance and client satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate between Client Strategy, execution teams, and clients to resolve blockers
- Provide proactive status updates and escalate issues before they impact deliverables
- Document processes and maintain organized account records
Who You Are
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues and recommends solutions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Familiar with digital media, marketing services, or agency environments (preferred)
- Comfortable with remote-first collaboration and asynchronous workflows
Location & Work Environment
Geographic Eligibility: We are hiring globally, but currently only accepting applications from candidates residing in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. This is a fully remote role with a remote-first company culture.
💰 Compensation not publicly listed. Market estimate for similar roles: from $80K, varying by experience and location.
