Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through phone outreach, email campaigns, and strategic multi-channel prospecting
- Execute daily activities aligned with team metrics and monthly sales targets
- Develop compelling outreach messaging that resonates with mid-market hiring leaders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow established sales processes
- Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and ensure successful handoffs
- Participate in continuous optimization of lead generation campaigns using data-driven insights
