About This Role

We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to drive expansion for recently acquired internet businesses and applications. This is a full-time remote position based in India, Pakistan, or the Philippines, offering a unique opportunity to make measurable impact on multiple products simultaneously.

This is not a narrow, siloed marketing position. You will own the complete growth cycle: writing compelling campaigns, launching initiatives, testing hypotheses, analyzing performance data, and iterating improvements—all with minimal supervision. You'll be a self-directed operator who can transform rough concepts into executable campaigns, ship quickly, interpret results, and optimize without constant guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, strategic partnerships, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Content & Copy Creation: Develop high-converting marketing assets including landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, social media content, ad copy, video scripts, and product messaging that drives user action.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve website funnels and customer journeys through strategic messaging refinement, compelling offers, optimized calls-to-action, redesigned landing pages, and automated follow-up sequences.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep research into customer behavior, competitive landscapes, keyword opportunities, online communities, and channel effectiveness to identify practical growth levers.
  • Audience Development: Build and cultivate engaged audiences across platforms where target customers actively participate and engage.
  • Experimentation & Iteration: Run rapid A/B tests and controlled experiments, using quantitative data to make informed decisions about scaling winners, pivoting strategies, or pausing underperforming initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish clear KPI frameworks, monitor campaign metrics in real-time, and communicate transparent reporting on what's working, what needs adjustment, and ROI by channel.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience with demonstrable results. A formal marketing degree is not required—what matters is your track record of driving real outcomes.

Proven Results: You should have successfully delivered marketing results in at least one of these contexts: employed at a growth-focused company, freelance client work, personal business projects, content channel development, e-commerce store management, SaaS product marketing, or startup growth initiatives.
