About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced GSI Partner Manager to join our Moveworks partnership team in a fully remote capacity. This strategic position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) who implement Moveworks solutions across enterprise clients worldwide.

As a GSI Partner Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most important system integrator partners, driving alignment on go-to-market strategies, solution positioning, and revenue growth initiatives. This role bridges the gap between ServiceNow's Moveworks platform and GSI partners who deliver transformational AI-powered automation solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with assigned GSI partners to drive Moveworks adoption and revenue growth
  • Establish collaborative relationships with GSI leadership, sales, and delivery teams to identify expansion opportunities
  • Provide partner enablement including product training, solution architecture guidance, and sales support materials
  • Track partner performance metrics, forecast pipeline contributions, and report on partnership health and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal ServiceNow teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to optimize partner success
  • Identify and mitigate partnership risks; escalate issues and develop corrective action plans when needed
  • Attend partner events, conferences, and business reviews to strengthen relationships and showcase Moveworks value
  • Support partner certification programs and co-marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic business development roles
  • Proven track record managing relationships with enterprise-level GSI or consulting partners
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, AI/automation technology, or enterprise platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and driving partner revenue growth
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key partner meetings and industry events
