Pathways is seeking dedicated individuals for the IMB Missions Residency program—a transformative opportunity designed for those called to global ministry and missionary work. This residency positions you within the International Mission Board ecosystem, offering hands-on experience in international missions, church planting, discipleship, and cross-cultural ministry across diverse communities worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Engage in direct missionary and evangelism work across assigned global regions
• Participate in church planting initiatives and community development projects
• Support discipleship programs and leadership training for local believers
• Collaborate with established mission teams and local church partners
• Contribute to strategic ministry planning and implementation
• Document and report on mission outcomes and community impact
• Develop cultural competency and cross-cultural communication skills
• Participate in ongoing training and spiritual formation activities
